ok so: did you try to exercise the belly on this way: exale all the air and do vacuum, than pull your belli inside with your stomach, straight up your back and feel a clear sensation of "work " in your stomach and same for1 inch down the bellybutton
and is it similar to japanese meditation?(i know that japanese one it'd don sitting on your legs
can this exercise powerup speed, coordination an concenrtration?
i'm asking beacause i've been doing it for some time, and noticed some kinds of improvements
