My name is Jeff and I have decided to start training in aikido. I have been very anxious since I discovered the ki society and originally intended to jump straight in with a full student membership and start training now.  Apon watching class on saturday and discovering that the six week introductory course starts so soon I am going to have to test my patience by waiting a few more weeks and getting a proper introduction .  I think this will be my best bet. I will probably be content to just watch some more classes in the meantime.

Hi Jeff,

Glad you enjoyed the class on Saturday. Just wanted to clear up a couple of things. The intro class provides a general overview of what we offer.  It's offered as an alternative to joining the dojo, to see if what we do fits. Since the class occurs during our regular training times, it is also open to our general membership, without cost. It is not, however, a prerequisite to joining. So, if you wanted to jump right in with a membership, you can do that and take the intro course. The intro course is once a week for 6 weeks. If you joined, you'd also be able to train on other nights/days. Your choice! Grin

You may have already seen this link titled, "START TRAINING NOW," but just in case ...

thanks,
Adam
