I need some help

Hi,
I really need help with an issue that I've had for awhile.  It's a very strange story I'm going to recount. I can only ask you to keep an open mind and hear me out.

Roughly 5 years ago when I was 14 I started feeling strange energy flows through my body.  These energy flows increased with intensity to the point were they made me have visible ticks and miniature seizures.  They frightened me but at the same time the feeling of the energy flowing through me was amazing, and I really enjoyed them.  Over time I gained more control over it to the point were I can now focus the energy into any area of my body and keep it there with no effort at all.  Once again it feels amazing.  I still have small fits and I can't always control it, but I'm much more stable then I was 5 years ago.  I've had several E.E.G.s and an M.R.I. but western knowledge never turned up anything and the psychologist, and psychiatrists I visited didn't think it was mental. 

Sadly I never told the doctors the full truth though.  I seem to be experiencing other strange occurrences along side these energy flows.  I appear to have some psychic abilities.  I'm agnostic and a general skeptic so this has caused me a great amount of confusion (I will admit it has driven me to collapse on my shower floor crying and ripping at my hair).  I don't like talking about it very much because it makes me quite simply distraught at times, so I'll quickly describe it.  I've been able to control the actions of other living things (most notably the spiders I've done a few experiments on), know things that I should not (most notably cards which I have experimented on), been able to magnetise metal by focusing the energy into it (my experiments in this area seem to have mixed results), catch glimpses of thoughts from others (most notably when one of my friends thoughts wouldn't get out of my head (long story and he still doesn'tnow why I gave him a very murderous look)) and lastly controlling the roll of dice (I'm very confused on this one and experiments have very mixed results).

I'm sure there are a few things I've left out, I've seen and done so much stuff that shouldn't happen that it's hard to keep it all strait.  My girlfriend thought I should keep a journal.  I'm fairly sure a journal would do me allot of mental damage (rereading this post for me will be a trail I don't really wish to undertake).

I forgot to mention a few things about the energy.  I'm VERY attracted to heat and other stimuli.  It can put me in a trance like state (which feel once agai amazing).  On one occasion I was in a trance caused by light rain and a friend of mine hit me with a large amount of water.  It felt like someone rammed a dagger into my lower back.  I was in a great deal of pain  and couldn't move properly for an hour or so.  A few days latter a doctor looked at the area were I felt the pain during a physical and reported that I had suffered a burn to my back.  That is the only occasion I've suffered such a burn.

If you could tell me what you think of my situation I would be most thankful.

Ummm, okay. you didn't tell health care professionals the whole truth, and comment that they didn't turn up anything (they didn't think it was "mental"). You then come to a public forum to seek advice. Perhaps you need to go back to these people with your whole story.

You seem to have a deft writing style, which would imply some measure of intelligence.    However, you are asking complete strangers to diagnose something that includes paranormal phenomena. So, I am left to conclude that you're either pulling our legs, are delusional, or worst yet, have some sort of serious issue that you are misinterpreting with some sort of fantasy. I would ask that you go back to seek further medical help, if what you say is true. Collapsing on your shower floor, crying and ripping at your hair, sounds like a serious issue that you shouldn't expect a solution to by posting to a non-medical, public forum.

Though I know it is not the best decision, I'm not going to seek professional help for the parnormal side of my problem.  I really don't want to bring the issue into the open.  These days I attempt to simply ignore the strange happenings that go on around me.  I used to do experiments, but those lead to me having small mental break downs.  I will indulge once and awhile and do something like magnetise my girlfriends cutlery while in a restaurant, but generally I just try and ignore it all.

I'm mostly seeking help for the energy flow I'm experiencing.  I know none of you could help me with the other side of the issue, but I mentioned it just in case it could help.

I know it all sounds very far fetched, and there have been many a time in the past when I've wondered if I'm sane or not.  None of the psychologists or psychiatrists I've seen believed me to be mentally unwell, which leads me to believe I'm sane (or very good at disguising my mental illness).  Granted I never told them of the paranormal side of the issue.  In the end the best case I have for my sanity is that others have witnessed me doing paranormal activities.

I hope you can simply keep an open mind and help advise me with the energy flow situation and leave the paranormal side in the dark closet that I'm going to shove it back into....

I have found a source of information recently which I have found invaluable in my attempt at understanding my rather confusing situation.  Since I've found a helpful source, and this thread does not seem very popular anyway, I would suggest locking it, or deleting it.
