Join us for a workshop with the most experienced, highest-ranking Ki Society instructor in the US:

*Koichi Kashiwaya* has the ability to teach major concepts as well as the finest detail of technique with the clarity that comes from 42 years of dedicated practice. He is a full time professional Aikido Instructor with eighth degree black belt and Okuden Ki Rank.

Workshop Schedule
Friday

10:30 am – 12:30 pm Ki-Aikido
2:30 – 4:30 pm Ki-Aikido
6:00 to 8:00 pm Ki-Aikido

Saturday

9 – 11 am Ki-Aikido
1 – 3 pm Ki-Aikido
4:30 – 7 pm Ki-Aikido and testing

Saturday Evening Dinner & Party

Sunday

9 – 11 am Ki Training, Meditation & Breathing
1 – 3 pm Bokken training (wooden sword)

Workshop Fees

$25 per class
$20 per class for 4 or more classes
$120 for all classes

All classes will be at the Dojo, 6006 Pershing Ave.
All adult students are welcome. Black belt level St. Louis Ki Society Instructors will be on the mat helping newer students. For the Sunday class, bring a bokken if you have one. Some bokken will be available at the dojo for those who don’t have their own.
