I am posting some forms that may be of use to MKF Dojos. Below are links to PDF's of Aikido and Ki Test Application forms. For each type of test, there is a form that can be filled in on computer (and also printed), and one that can be downloaded and printed as a blank form only. I am new to the use of Adobe Acrobat Professional. The forms seem to work for some people and not for others. I am interested in any feedback on whether or not these are of use.

I have received questions about sending payments and registration for World Camp. I don't plan to do that for MKF students this year.

I usually send funds by electronic wire, but I know the system and the proper bank numbers, etc. Even then it sometimes can get complicated with different banks. I think the easiest way to pay is to get a Yen draft from your bank in the proper amount, made out to Ki No Kenkyukai. You may need to go to your main bank and not one of the smaller branch banks. Then mail it along with your registration. First class can take two weeks, so I like to use the Priority Mail flat rate envelope. The address is:
Ki No Kenkyukai
3515 O-aza Akabane
Ichikai-machi, Haga-gun
Tochigi-ken 321-34, Japan
