Getting things started - Just the FAQs

In this inaugural topic, I'd like to seek the help of the Ki Forums' membership. If you click on the FAQs button at the top right, you'll see a grand total of one FAQ. I have a few mulling around in my head, but I'd like to here what
you
think would be a good FAQ to add. It can be site related or aikido related (more specifically Ki Society). Post the question and answer or just the question.
Let 'em rip!
thanks,
Adam

I'm getting mixed messages on ki blasts. I just need to know if those are possible or not. Just to get that out of my way. But, what I really want to know, is where I can get the book "Using Ki in Daily Life" or something. I could probably find it, but for now, tell me some of the things you can do. How does it help with martial arts? I take Kung Fu and an advanced class deals with Chi (Ki). So, can you answer my questions?
