Speaking for myself and my husband, Mark Rubbert Sensei, we cannot thank you all enough for the gift of a stay at Makanda Inn! we just got back from two very romantic nights at one of the most beautiful B & B's we've ever seen. Mark took plenty of pictures and will no doubt be posting them soon. You are the best for sending us!

Yes, Makanda Illinois near Carbondale and Giant City State Park.
Here's a little slide show of our Makanda Adventure. My photography isn't very good. It was MUCH nicer than the pictures.
