feeling ki

I am not really new to ki but I still don't know if I am using it or not. Eventhough I get all the symptoms, Tingling, warmth, a slight pressure. I feel that mostly all the time but only when I concetrate on making a ki ball or anything involving ki the feeling gets stronger.
Well, I just wanted to know how do you know exactly you are using you ki (chi)? Thanks to whomever answers this question.

Hey again. How do we even know it works like that, yeah we have chi in our bodies but blasting it out at someone, it sounds like it is coming out of an Anime or something.
Then again I could be wrong. I have been reading this book "The Spirit of Aikido" -by Kisshomaru Ueshiba. It talks about ki and its power but no where does it say anything about blasts. However, lastnight I tried to do one and after I knock out, I was fully awake too. then my mom got all mad cuz I left the light on.
In that book I tells you the meaning of Aikido, "which literally means the way (do) of harmony (ai) with ki."
please help I am lost with this now.

Hiei,
Not sure if you've seen
this thread
.
A symptom of "feeling ki" can be what is referred to as, "mind and body unification (or coordination)", or feeling more coordinated, aware, open or energetic. In Ki Society (Shin Shin Toitsu Aikido), you might hear the phrase, "extend ki" or "ki is extending," referring to a principle that is used to achieve mind and body coordination.
Actually defining ki as something concrete that can be manipulated into something like a "ki blast" or "ki ball," or some other fantasy, is far beyond anything I've ever learned on the subject. Most of the time (as I've heard it used and as I have used it), "ki" is used as a catch-all term to melt together words such as "direction, potential, intent, mind" ... etc.

some would say here that if ki is another way of putting potential mind, intent etc then maybe enough intention would allow you to create a damaging blast. Myself i'm indifferent on the matter i see no need to blast surrounding objects theres no gain in it. why blast the door shut when you can walk to it and push it with your hand.
throwing energies around will knacker you out because your throwing a spiritual part of yourself around whitch if you think about it is pretty tiring so no surprises if you knock off the next time you do it.

I've been around the online chi-manipulation scene for about 9 years now. Ever since the first forums started poping up, and all the young kids would come by asking questions about Dragon Ball Z. Good old times... Anyway, I offer my expertise to help you all. All is possible...
Anyway, I wanted to say that all is revealed through wisdom and guidance, whether it be the proper way to meditate, or the proper way to make a ki ball. I'd like to help you more, and possible walk you through each step.
Please, drop me an E-mail, or post a thread at my forums. It's new, but it will be very big in a week or so.

Visible Ki Ball::Re: feeling ki

to answer your question pantera theres a saying in ki that says the energy follows the mind, so to make your ki visable you need to think of it visable, and it simply will. this is how you do it first start focusing on your Tan Tien (stomach). Visualize it as a green ball of energy inside of you. Visualize it glowing shining lighting up everything as you move to your chest. Move the energy into your arms, still vizualize it glowing lighting up then to your hands. Now concintrate inbetween your hands and it will go there, than form it into a ball. This is hard since Ki is pure energy and energy is hard to give a color. You can try any color but i find green is the easiest. i hoped i helped. good luck!

you was told by whom that ki ball can heal people? ki ball is only a method in projecting ki, not healing. healing method would be a different thing.
to visualize a ki ball is simply visualize, but it won`t be visible to the naked eye of other people.
theoretically speaking, the ki that was emitted from the palms consist of electromagnet (if i`m correct), and given the time the electromagnet from both palms would create an energy field just like an electrical sparks. but of course it takes a whole lot of time depending on how well versed you are about ki, and how long you learn and progress.
