i've been looking around many forums concerning ki and i've come to a conclusion.

every single site has a cycle of newbies asking simple questions, getting simple answers, the end, newbies asking simple questions, getting simple answers, the end

if they cannot figure out the answers to these simple questions it is obvious they are not ready to make a start in the likes of ki. This is a natural art and all those accomplished out there know that the answers you seek will only be revealved through trial and suffering and study

newbies are making the forums go round and round nobody will ever advance if this keeps up, it's a lonely path and the common one cannot make it you have to be dedicated and logical in a sense even though the concept of ki is quite illogical. the answers are there you just have to realize them.

Welcome to the forums Mr/Ms buddich_ascendant.

Kind of harsh for a first post, eh?

So while someone studies, they're not allowed to ask questions? While there may not be any shortcuts (debatable), it's always good to double-check you're heading down the path you intended.

Me ... I don't mind asking for directions.  Grin

And why should anyone suffer?

thanks,

well ur definitely the greatest response i've recieved out of the websites i've been on. Forgive my harshness but so many other websites have been so full of themselves and of to many mind to listen to anything.

as for the questions half the time the one asking is only trying to satisfy his questioning and doubting mind when the one in question knows the answer full well. Other times the one is in great need so maybe (if you have not already) you should have all these beggining questions answered in advance in another section.

It is my belief that we ascend and grow in wisdom and power through the suffering life brings. Noeone has to suffer but it is a brutal fact that people do. learning from these events is very important.

I think your opinion is quite interesting on that question. I personnaly believe that life does not bring suffering, people do it to themselves.

I got a basic but extremely usefull principle that say: Maturity is the art of happiness. In other word, it is the art of evolving your mindset, perspective and behavior so everything that you think, say and do is positive and constructive for yourself and other around you.

My favorite quote:

"Progress is happiness"
Shuji Maruyama Sensei

Hope this help

uhhmm, i am nnot agreeing with you!
Well.. yes, i agree on what you said about the need to train with dedication and logical but i'm not agreeing about "the common one cannot make it" ! That's just a lie, yeah that's it!

the truth is that everyone with the righ devotion can do it! everyone is different, who learns faster and who slowers, but everyone can do it!  and even ki: i don't think ki is illogical -- ki is perfectly logical, as it is radicated in your life, life the feeling of attentionto the moment and the stimulation of a nervous system within your body, is true like the electromagnetic field everyone who lives has. Yeah i think that ki is natural, and is perfectly logical, that it isn't a kind of "fluel" or "liquid flux" in your body, but that it is the result of a lot of farctors that cooperate in your body-mind(well not it at all, but i believe in ki) and this is just talks, 'cause if i can't prove it scientifically , noone occidental will believe in ki right? Well, than i will >=P someday

yeah, that's what i belive

Hi, good to see you post on this forum.  I am sorry that you've found forums before with "noobies."  I used to run a few forums on ki manipulation/ martial arts many many years ago.  I actually had one of the first internal energy forums on the web (that was popular at least).  But after I gave that up I have noticed things begin to fall apart.  DBZ has made very young kids interested in "ki" and left those who know anything about it to either step aside or help them.  I have devoted many many hours to helping those who are confused, and I still do it to this day.

The fact is, ki is proven, to a point.  Much of internal energy is subjective, and can never be proven.  Other things are easily proven, and have been many times.  I'd be glad to either share these studies with you, or answer any of your questions.  My time is available to anyone who has questions, please feel free to contact me-

kisensei22@yahoo.com

You're right though, much of internal energy MUST be discovered on your own, but the fact is- many times people need someone to guild them, and shed light on the truth...

Cheers,
