I had a really great time at the seminar this weekend, and I can't wait to get on the mat this week and test out some of the theories brewing in my head!

That's all I gotta say. Cheesy I really enjoyed my experience!  Thank you to Kashiwaya-sensei for gracing us with his presence, and of course to Rubbert-sensei for putting this together!

And, of course, congratulations to everyone who was at ki testing on Sunday!

Note to self:  the next time Kashiwaya sensei asks to demonstrate yonkyo, run away.  Far, far away.

Yup, the classes I attended were great.

Go to a Ki Class - get sore legs. What's up with that?
Look out when sensei asks, "... can the young people try?"  Grin
