THE NEXT 5-DAYS of AIKIDO WILL BEGIN February 7th.

What a great way to get a taste of training with the Saint Louis Ki Aikido...come to class 5 days in a row,
Saturday, February 7th to Wednesday, February 11th.

New students are invited to come to classes starting on Saturday, February 7th. Then come to class on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. All for only $25. You may also attend the Dynamic Meditation class (8 to 9 pm) after the Monday Aikido class.
The first, second and last class will be taught by St. Louis Ki Aikido Head instructor Mark Rubbert.

The classes will be a mix of current and new students. The focus for the teachers and current students will be to help new students get the best possible feel for Ki-Aikido training in 5 days. Don't worry if you have to miss one of the classes. We'll get you through the training and help you keep up. If you can't make the first class on Saturday, starting on Sunday is acceptable.

Register as described above. You can also register and pay at your first class, but come at least 15 minutes early.

Class times:
  • Saturday, February 7, 10:30 am - 12 noon
  • Sunday,  February 8, 10:30 am to 12 noon
  • Monday,  February 9, 6:30 - 7:45 pm
