There will be a 5-week Introductory Aikido Course for adults on Saturdays, September 18 to October 16. The classes will be 10 to 1:30 am

Labor Day Weekend Changes:
There will be no regular classes on Sunday and Monday, September 5th & 6th
There WILL be regular class on Saturday September th.
Beginning Monday September 13th the Ki-Aikido class time will be 6:30 to 7:45pm
August 31st will be the last Tuesday Meditation class
Beginning September 13th there will be a meditation class on Monday from 8:00 to 9pm
There will be no regular or special classes on September 26th

The fall Kids Aikido session begins September 14th and runs through October 28th.
Note the new days and times above.
Classes will be taught by Sherd White, who has just returned from a year in Japan. Sherd has trained for many years and is Nidan rank in Aikido. He assisted Head Instructor Mark Rubbert with kids classes for a while, and later he taught both adults and children for two years.
