Hi Everyone,

Over the weekend I attended Kashiwaya Sensei's seminar.  A lot of fun!  Grin  I was extending Ki left and right.

And this morning (Tuesday), I noticed my geranium had died.  I had taken it outside last Thursday becasuse the weather was so nice.  I guess it was too early.  I should have paid more attention to it.

I think I learned something.  It's much easier to extend Ki when you're aware that it needs to be extended. For example, during a Ki test or an Aikido technique.  Or when you're Doing this or Doing that.  But extending Ki should be more general -- more universal. I should be more aware of my surroundings. I walked past that geranium every time I went in and out of the house... and I never saw it wilting during my ki training weekend...  Cry

...I also think I'm watching too much South Park...
