I
finally made the time

to listen to this entire interview from beginning to end. I
strongly recommend all SLKS members, all aikidoka, and for that matter, everyone interested in "oneness" and "mind and body unification" to listen to this. Of course, there's little here that Rubbert Sensei, Eley Sensei, Curtis Sensei, Kashiwaya Sensei, and all Ki Society senseis haven't also said -- in one way or the other --
but, Shaner Sensei's comments are truly edifying and delivered in a very eloquent, while simultaneously, down-to-earth way. I was left with a grounded feeling of being in touch with the
do of ai-ki-do. Please give it a listen.
